Terms and Conditions

For Purchase, Installation & Maintenance of Electrical Control Panels by Fault Heal Pvt. Ltd.

1. Definitions

Company refers to Fault Heal Pvt. Ltd.

Customer refers to any individual, company, or entity purchasing or using Fault Heal’s electrical panel products or services.

Product refers to electrical control panels and accessories manufactured and/or supplied by Fault Heal.

Services refer to installation, commissioning, maintenance, and repair provided by Fault Heal.

2. Scope of Agreement

By purchasing or using Fault Heal panels or services, the Customer agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Any special conditions mentioned in the invoice or proposal shall override these terms where applicable.

3. Product Warranty

12-month limited warranty from installation or 15 months from dispatch, whichever is earlier.
Warranty covers manufacturing defects only.
Excludes damage due to mishandling, overload, short circuit, improper installation, external faults, physical damage, corrosion, or tampering.
Original invoice is required for all claims.

4. Installation & Commissioning

Performed by Fault Heal-approved technicians.
Delays from site unpreparedness are not Fault Heal’s responsibility.
Customer must ensure proper site safety, earthing, and voltage compliance.

5. Preventive Maintenance

Monthly/quarterly visits as per proposal.
Includes PF checks, capacitor and relay tests, and panel cleaning.
Voided if unauthorized modifications are made.

6. Payment Terms

50% advance to start manufacturing.
Remaining 50% due on delivery/installation.
Delay beyond 15 days incurs 2% monthly interest.

7. Liability Limitations

Fault Heal is not liable for indirect losses such as production downtime, equipment damage, or profit loss. Total liability is limited to the product's value.

8. Ownership & Title

Product remains Fault Heal’s property until fully paid. Unpaid items after 60 days may be reclaimed or disconnected without notice.

9. Force Majeure

Fault Heal is not responsible for delays due to natural disasters, strikes, legal restrictions, power failure, or transportation issues.

10. Jurisdiction

All legal disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Delhi courts only, unless specified otherwise.

11. Amendments

Fault Heal may revise these terms at any time without prior notice. The latest version will be available upon request or on the company website.

12. Customer Acknowledgment

By signing the invoice or purchase order, or by making any payment, the Customer confirms having read, understood, and accepted these terms and conditions.
